{"id":12263,"date":"2024-05-13T12:22:54","date_gmt":"2024-05-13T18:22:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=12263"},"modified":"2024-05-13T12:22:55","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T18:22:55","slug":"lo-declaran-culpable-de-violacion-ocurrida-en-chicxulub-puerto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=12263","title":{"rendered":"Lo declaran culpable de violaci\u00f3n ocurrida en Chicxulub Puerto"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Acusado del delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada(2), J.G.P.C. fue declarado penalmente responsable tras valorarse las pruebas periciales, documentales y testimoniales aportadas por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) por los hechos ocurridos en enero del a\u00f1o 2021 en la localidad de Chicxulub Puerto, en contra de una menor de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el Juicio Oral celebrado ante los integrantes del Tribunal Primero de Enjuiciamiento, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los datos de prueba recabados durante la indagatoria, los cuales fueron suficientes para que el tribunal otorgara un fallo condenatorio al comprobarse la responsabilidad del acusado en los hechos enjuiciados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el proceso, se determin\u00f3 que el 15 de enero de 2021, el acusado cometi\u00f3 el delito contra una menor de 16 a\u00f1os, hija de su pareja sentimental, acto que se repiti\u00f3 en agosto del mismo a\u00f1o, hasta que unos meses despu\u00e9s, la afectada revel\u00f3 los hechos a su madre, lo que llev\u00f3 a presentar la denuncia que dio origen a la causa penal 49\/2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de finalizar la diligencia, los integrantes del Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento citaron a las partes para el pr\u00f3ximo 13 de mayo realizar la audiencia de individualizaci\u00f3n de las penas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Acusado del delito de violaci\u00f3n agravada(2), J.G.P.C. fue declarado penalmente responsable tras valorarse las pruebas periciales, documentales y<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4487,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-12263","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
