{"id":12487,"date":"2024-05-17T11:18:32","date_gmt":"2024-05-17T17:18:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=12487"},"modified":"2024-05-17T11:18:32","modified_gmt":"2024-05-17T17:18:32","slug":"a-proceso-por-homicidio-cometido-por-culpa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=12487","title":{"rendered":"A proceso por homicidio cometido por culpa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Acusado de causar la muerte de una persona en un percance vial, C.M.M.C. fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de homicidio cometido por culpa, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en el mes de junio del a\u00f1o pasado, en el municipio de Kopoma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) present\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba reunidos en la causa penal 34\/2024, los cuales fueron valorados por la Jueza Primera de Control del Cuarto Distrito del Centro de Justicia Oral de Um\u00e1n,&nbsp; quien consider\u00f3 que eran suficientemente probatorios y decret\u00f3 el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito imputado y otorg\u00f3 adem\u00e1s un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos, reunidos durante la indagatoria, ocurrieron el pasado 21 de junio, cuando el acusado conduc\u00eda una camioneta sobre la calle 21 de la citada localidad y al rebasar sin precauci\u00f3n a un cami\u00f3n estacionado sobre el carril de la calle 21, atropell\u00f3 a un peat\u00f3n quien falleci\u00f3 por politraumatismo a causa de las lesiones que sufri\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de finalizar la diligencia,&nbsp; fueron ratificadas las medidas cautelares impuestas durante la audiencia inicial, las cuales incluyen acudir a firmar peri\u00f3dicamente a la Fiscal\u00eda de Maxcan\u00fa, el pago de una garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica, no podr\u00e1 salir del estado sin autorizaci\u00f3n judicial, deber\u00e1 estar bajo la vigilancia del Centro Estatal de Medidas Cautelares, no podr\u00e1 acercarse a familiares de la v\u00edctima y testigos, durante todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Acusado de causar la muerte de una persona en un percance vial, C.M.M.C. fue vinculado a proceso por<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9268,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-12487","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
