{"id":12818,"date":"2024-05-27T11:04:59","date_gmt":"2024-05-27T17:04:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=12818"},"modified":"2024-05-27T11:05:00","modified_gmt":"2024-05-27T17:05:00","slug":"enfrenta-la-ley-por-abusar-sexualmente-de-una-menor-en-uman","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=12818","title":{"rendered":"Enfrenta la ley por abusar sexualmente de una menor en Um\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) present\u00f3 los suficientes datos de prueba para imputar a A.K.P. por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada, cometido contra una menor de 11 a\u00f1os de edad, en un domicilio de Um\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Primero de Control del Cuarto Distrito, en la que se imput\u00f3 y vincul\u00f3 en la misma la jornada, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n hicieron constar que la agresi\u00f3n sexual tuvo lugar el pasado 21 de mayo del a\u00f1o en curso, cuando el acusado agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a la menor, pero fue descubierto por unos familiares, quienes llamaron a las autoridades, mismas que lo detuvieron, como consta en la causa penal 57\/2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la imputaci\u00f3n, esta representaci\u00f3n social solicit\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, misma que fue concedida por el Juez, quien de igual forma fij\u00f3 un periodo de tres meses para la realizaci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente,&nbsp; la autoridad judicial dictamin\u00f3 que el acusado deber\u00e1 permanecer en prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) present\u00f3 los suficientes datos de prueba para imputar a A.K.P. por el<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9277,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-12818","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
