{"id":13048,"date":"2024-06-04T12:29:48","date_gmt":"2024-06-04T18:29:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=13048"},"modified":"2024-06-04T12:29:48","modified_gmt":"2024-06-04T18:29:48","slug":"prision-preventiva-a-dos-mujeres-por-robo-en-supermercado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=13048","title":{"rendered":"Prisi\u00f3n preventiva a dos mujeres por robo en supermercado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a Y.S.B.S. y M.G.R.M. por el delito de robo calificado, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en un supermercado de la colonia Emiliano Zapata Sur III, de esta ciudad de M\u00e9rida, por lo que estar\u00e1n bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia celebrada ante el Juzgado Primero de Control del Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n del delito y argumentaron la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, pero las encausadas solicitaron que su situaci\u00f3n legal se resolviera dentro del plazo constitucional, por lo que el Juez de Control convoc\u00f3 a las partes para reanudar la audiencia el pr\u00f3ximo seis de junio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De los hechos, reunidos por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda que se establecen en la causa penal 222\/2024, ocurrieron el pasado 29 de mayo cuando las inculpadas ingresaron a un supermercado ubicado en la citada colonia y se apoderaron de diversos art\u00edculos para despu\u00e9s intentar salir sin pagar, pero fueron interceptadas por el personal de la tienda y fueron detenidas por elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica (SSP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya para concluir la diligencia, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los argumentos para sustentar la solicitud de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, la cual fue concedida por la autoridad judicial por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a Y.S.B.S. y M.G.R.M. por el delito de robo<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9269,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-13048","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
