{"id":13363,"date":"2024-06-12T10:42:19","date_gmt":"2024-06-12T16:42:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=13363"},"modified":"2024-06-12T10:45:26","modified_gmt":"2024-06-12T16:45:26","slug":"vinculado-a-proceso-por-intento-de-homicidio-en-merida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=13363","title":{"rendered":"Vinculado a proceso por intento de homicidio en M\u00e9rida"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) present\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba que permitieron que M.A.R.B. fuera vinculado a proceso por el delito de homicidio calificado en grado de tentativa, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos hace unos d\u00edas en la colonia Felipe Carrillo Puerto de esta ciudad de M\u00e9rida, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los datos y elementos de prueba reunidos en la causa penal 225\/2024, los cuales fueron suficientes para que la Juez Segunda de Control del Primer Distrito establezca el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, adem\u00e1s de otorgar un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que durante la audiencia inicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social estableci\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron el pasado tres de junio, en la terraza frontal de un predio ubicado en la citada colonia en donde el encausado le clav\u00f3 un cuchillo en la espalda a un ciudadano que se encontraba sacando basura, por lo que fue detenido por elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica (SSP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, antes de finalizar la audiencia, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, la cual continuar\u00e1 vigente por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que el acusado permanecer\u00e1 privado de su libertad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) present\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba que permitieron que M.A.R.B. fuera<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9266,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-13363","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
