{"id":13731,"date":"2024-06-20T11:02:05","date_gmt":"2024-06-20T17:02:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=13731"},"modified":"2024-06-20T11:02:06","modified_gmt":"2024-06-20T17:02:06","slug":"imputado-tras-violar-las-ordenes-de-proteccion-en-oxkutzcab","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=13731","title":{"rendered":"Imputado tras violar las \u00f3rdenes de protecci\u00f3n en Oxkutzcab"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tras ingresar a un predio en Oxkutzcab, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n de M.A.M.P. por el delito de violaci\u00f3n a las \u00f3rdenes de protecci\u00f3n, las cuales le fueron reci\u00e9n concedidas a su madre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Primero de Control del Tercer Distrito con sede en Tekax, se procedi\u00f3 a formular la imputaci\u00f3n y se le otorg\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada como medida cautelar durante todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente se presentaron los datos de prueba reunidos en la causa penal 47\/2024, para sustentar la solicitud de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y se estableci\u00f3 la continuaci\u00f3n de la audiencia&nbsp;&nbsp;para el 21 de junio del 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos tuvieron lugar el pasado 15 de junio, cuando el acusado se present\u00f3 en un predio ubicado en la colonia Mejorada de la ciudad anteriormente mencionada, donde se encontraba la ciudadana M.E.P.P., desacatando as\u00ed las \u00f3rdenes de protecci\u00f3n emitidas en su contra y de las que ten\u00eda conocimiento, por lo que fue detenido minutos despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tras ingresar a un predio en Oxkutzcab, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n de M.A.M.P.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9256,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,14,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-13731","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-oxkutzcab","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
