Tras valorar los datos de prueba presentados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), R.O.C.A. fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de robo cometido con violencia, denunciado despu\u00e9s de los hechos ocurridos en el fraccionamiento Pol\u00edgono 108 Itzimn\u00e1, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n como medida cautelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al reanudar la audiencia en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida y revisar los datos expuestos por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n, la Juez Primera de Control consider\u00f3 que eran suficientemente probatorios para decretar el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito se\u00f1alado y a continuaci\u00f3n otorg\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con relaci\u00f3n a los hechos reunidos en la causa penal 231\/2024, con los datos reunidos en la indagatoria realizada por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda, se estableci\u00f3 que ocurrieron el pasado 12 de junio cuando el imputado se aperson\u00f3 en un predio del citado fraccionamiento, donde con uso de la fuerza y amenazas, despoj\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima de un bolso con dinero en efectivo en su interior y se dio a la fuga, pero fue detenido momentos despu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa otorgada en la audiencia inicial, la cual se mantendr\u00e1 vigente por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
