{"id":13799,"date":"2024-06-25T11:05:25","date_gmt":"2024-06-25T17:05:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=13799"},"modified":"2024-06-25T11:05:26","modified_gmt":"2024-06-25T17:05:26","slug":"imputado-por-violacion-ocurrida-en-la-unidad-morelos-en-merida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=13799","title":{"rendered":"Imputado por violaci\u00f3n ocurrida en la Unidad Morelos en M\u00e9rida"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a D.F.A.G. por el delito de violaci\u00f3n, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en agravio de una mujer en el fraccionamiento Unidad Morelos de esta ciudad de M\u00e9rida, por lo que estar\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia celebrada ante el Juez Primero de Control del Primer Distrito, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n formularon la imputaci\u00f3n del delito y expusieron los elementos de prueba para vincularlo a proceso, pero el encausado solicit\u00f3 que su situaci\u00f3n se resolviera dentro del plazo constitucional, por lo que se cit\u00f3 a las partes para reanudar la audiencia en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos, reunidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 233\/2024, ocurrieron el pasado 17 de junio, en una de las habitaciones de un predio ubicado en el citado fraccionamiento, donde el acusado agredi\u00f3 sexualmente a la v\u00edctima mediante el uso de la fuerza, por lo que se present\u00f3 la formal denuncia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, antes de concluir la diligencia, esta representaci\u00f3n social expuso los argumentos para sustentar la solicitud de la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa como medida cautelar, la cual fue concedida por la Juez de Control por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a D.F.A.G. por el delito de violaci\u00f3n, denunciado tras<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9267,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-13799","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
