{"id":14009,"date":"2024-06-28T11:44:11","date_gmt":"2024-06-28T17:44:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=14009"},"modified":"2024-06-28T11:44:12","modified_gmt":"2024-06-28T17:44:12","slug":"vinculado-a-proceso-el-segundo-involucrado-en-robo-de-poligono-108-de-merida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=14009","title":{"rendered":"Vinculado a proceso el segundo involucrado en robo de Pol\u00edgono 108 de M\u00e9rida"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba suficientes para que B.M.M.R. fuera vinculado a proceso por el delito de robo cometido con violencia, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en el fraccionamiento Pol\u00edgono 108 Itzimn\u00e1, de esta ciudad de M\u00e9rida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al reanudarse la audiencia inicial,\u00a0 la Juez Primera de Control del Primer Distrito valor\u00f3 los datos y elementos aportados por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n y los consider\u00f3 suficientes para decretar el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito imputado y otorgara un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que, durante la audiencia inicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social estableci\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 12 de junio en un predio en el citado fraccionamiento, donde mediante amenazas y con el uso de la fuerza, el imputado junto con otra persona que ya se encuentra bajo proceso, despojaron a la v\u00edctima de un bolso con dinero en efectivo, para despu\u00e9s intentar darse a la fuga, pero fueron detenidos poco despu\u00e9s de los hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, fue ratificada la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que el acusado permanecer\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta esclarecer su participaci\u00f3n en los hechos denunciados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba suficientes para que B.M.M.R. fuera<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4487,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14009","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
