{"id":14196,"date":"2024-07-08T11:33:35","date_gmt":"2024-07-08T17:33:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=14196"},"modified":"2024-07-08T11:33:35","modified_gmt":"2024-07-08T17:33:35","slug":"a-proceso-por-violencia-familiar-en-la-colonia-xoclan-en-merida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=14196","title":{"rendered":"A proceso por violencia familiar en la colonia Xocl\u00e1n en M\u00e9rida"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba suficientes para que J.C.U.C. fuera vinculado a proceso por el delito de violencia familiar, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en esta capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia celebrada en Juzgado Segundo de Control del Primer Distrito con sede en M\u00e9rida, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los datos de prueba reunidos en la causa penal 248\/2024, los cuales fueron valorados por&nbsp; la autoridad judicial, quien resolvi\u00f3 decretar la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del acusado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De los hechos, reunidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, se establece que ocurrieron cuando el imputado ejerci\u00f3 actos abusivos de poder en contra de su pareja sentimental, registrados el pasado 29 de junio del presente a\u00f1o, mismos que motivaron la denuncia de esta causa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el juez determin\u00f3 que el presunto agresor deber\u00e1 cumplir la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso y, finalmente, el Juez otorg\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para la realizaci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba suficientes para que J.C.U.C. fuera<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4556,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14196","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
