{"id":14537,"date":"2024-07-18T12:42:51","date_gmt":"2024-07-18T18:42:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=14537"},"modified":"2024-07-18T12:42:51","modified_gmt":"2024-07-18T18:42:51","slug":"0","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=14537","title":{"rendered":"0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tras ser encontrado penalmente responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada, F.I.C.T. fue sentenciado en un procedimiento de juicio oral a 24 a\u00f1os y nueve meses de prisi\u00f3n, por los hechos ocurridos en el a\u00f1o 2019 en un centro escolar de la localidad de Tepak\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de ser valoradas las pruebas periciales, documentales y testimoniales aportadas por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), la Juez del Tribunal Segundo de Enjuiciamiento otorg\u00f3 el fallo condenatorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que tras interponerse la denuncia, los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda iniciaron con la indagatoria que se integr\u00f3 en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n que deriv\u00f3 en la causa penal 100\/2022, misma que se desahog\u00f3 durante su etapa inicial en el Juzgado Primero de Control del Segundo Distrito, con sede en Kanas\u00edn, donde se estableci\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron el dos de diciembre del citado a\u00f1o, cuando el sentenciado agredi\u00f3 sexualmente de un menor de edad en la direcci\u00f3n del centro escolar donde se desempe\u00f1aba como maestro y director.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la pena privativa de la libertad, el acusado tambi\u00e9n fue sentenciado a pagar 525 UMAS de multa y 200 mil pesos por la reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera, F.I.C.T quedar\u00e1 inhabilitado de por vida para desempe\u00f1ar sus funciones de docencia, deber\u00e1 cubrir los gatos derivados de la atenci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica que reciba la v\u00edctima y \u00e9l mismo deber\u00e1 tomar terapia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tras ser encontrado penalmente responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada, F.I.C.T. fue sentenciado en un procedimiento de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9268,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14537","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
