{"id":14623,"date":"2024-07-22T11:43:43","date_gmt":"2024-07-22T17:43:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=14623"},"modified":"2024-07-22T11:43:43","modified_gmt":"2024-07-22T17:43:43","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-un-sujeto-de-komchen-por-causar-danos-a-un-vehiculo-oficial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=14623","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a un sujeto de Komch\u00e9n, por causar da\u00f1os a un veh\u00edculo oficial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tras las investigaciones y la presentaci\u00f3n de pruebas, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) solicit\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de M.A.M.C. por el delito de da\u00f1o a propiedad ajena cometido en contra de instituci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, en hechos registrados en la comisar\u00eda meridana de Komch\u00e9n, por lo que quedar\u00e1 privado de su libertad en tanto se desarrolla su proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Segundo de Control del Primer Distrito con sede en la capital yucateca, la autoridad judicial concedi\u00f3 a esta representaci\u00f3n el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del acusado y determin\u00f3 un plazo de un mes para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la relator\u00eda de los hechos que constan en la causa penal 261\/2024, se\u00f1ala que el imputado se encontraba la calle 27 de la mencionada comisar\u00eda cuando comenz\u00f3 a hacer se\u00f1as obscenas a unos polic\u00edas que se encontraban haciendo trabajos de vigilancia en su patrulla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por tal motivo, los uniformados se acercaron al sujeto quien respondi\u00f3 de manera agresiva, intent\u00f3 golpear a los polic\u00edas y finalmente propin\u00f3 una patada al veh\u00edculo oficial, causando da\u00f1os materiales al mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, la Juez determin\u00f3 que el acusado deber\u00e1 cumplir como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, misma que estar\u00e1 vigente durante todo el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tras las investigaciones y la presentaci\u00f3n de pruebas, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) solicit\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9267,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14623","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
