{"id":14774,"date":"2024-07-26T13:37:32","date_gmt":"2024-07-26T19:37:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=14774"},"modified":"2024-07-26T13:37:33","modified_gmt":"2024-07-26T19:37:33","slug":"vinculan-a-dos-sujetos-proceso-por-doble-homicidio-en-oxkutzcab","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=14774","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a dos sujetos proceso por doble homicidio en Oxkutzcab"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos de prueba suficientes para que M.C.C.C. y P.R.N. fueran vinculados a proceso por el delito de homicidio calificado, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en el tramo carretero Oxkutzcab-Man\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Tekax, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n aportaron los datos de prueba reunidos en la causa penal 56\/2024, los cuales fueron suficientes para que la autoridad judicial dictara el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito imputado y otorgara un plazo de cuatro meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De los hechos expuestos durante la audiencia inicial por esta representaci\u00f3n social, se establece que ocurrieron el pasado 16 de julio, cuando los imputados llegaron en un autom\u00f3vil a la localidad de Oxkutzcab, donde encontraron a las v\u00edctimas, a quienes obligaron a subir a su veh\u00edculo, para despu\u00e9s trasladarse hasta un tramo carretero ubicado entre Oxkutzcab y Man\u00ed, donde tras lesionarlos con un machete, perdieron la vida a consecuencia de un politraumatismo secundario a heridas por arma blanca, tal como dictamin\u00f3 un perito del Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, fue ratificada la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que ambos encausados permanecer\u00e1n privados de su libertad hasta esclarecer su participaci\u00f3n en los hechos denunciados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos de prueba suficientes para que M.C.C.C. y P.R.N. fueran<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9272,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,14,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-14774","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-oxkutzcab","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
