{"id":15786,"date":"2024-09-11T10:00:06","date_gmt":"2024-09-11T16:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=15786"},"modified":"2024-09-11T10:00:06","modified_gmt":"2024-09-11T16:00:06","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-un-sujeto-por-acciones-de-crueldad-animal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=15786","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a un sujeto por acciones de crueldad animal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por descuidos y omisiones por parte de S.A.D.M. quien tiene una escuela de adiestramiento, un can termin\u00f3 con problemas de salud y heridas en el cuerpo, por lo que fue vinculado por el delito de crueldad animal, tras la aportaci\u00f3n de las pruebas periciales por parte de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los hechos recabados en la causa penal 210\/2024, el denunciante le entreg\u00f3 a su perro de nombre Axel al inculpado, pues solicit\u00f3 que se le dieran clases de adiestramiento; sin embargo, tras varios d\u00edas&nbsp; se report\u00f3 que el mismo ten\u00eda ciertos problemas dentales, por lo que el entrenador solicit\u00f3 un cambio de alimentaci\u00f3n, sin dar m\u00e1s detalles y omitiendo el estado de salud de la mascota y que, incluso, hab\u00eda sido trasladado a Campeche para atenci\u00f3n veterinaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguidamente, le report\u00f3 al due\u00f1o que requer\u00eda m\u00e1s tiempo para atenderlo, pero tras la insistencia, el presunto responsable le entreg\u00f3 la mascota&nbsp; su due\u00f1o con un cuadro de deshidrataci\u00f3n, desnutrici\u00f3n e incluso heridas en varias partes de su cuerpo, por lo que se solicit\u00f3 el apoyo del Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense Veterinario de la FGE, donde, tras los estudios pertinentes, se determin\u00f3 que el estado de salud del can se vio alterado por descuidos y omisiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al inicio de la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Primero de Control del Primer Distrito y luego de la imputaci\u00f3n correspondiente, los fiscales solicitaron la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, decretada por la autoridad judicial en la misma sesi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Juez determin\u00f3 un plazo de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria de dos meses, as\u00ed como las siguientes medidas cautelares: presentarse a firmar peri\u00f3dicamente y quedar bajo vigilancia del CMEC y la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del pa\u00eds, mismas que estar\u00e1n vigentes durante todo el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por descuidos y omisiones por parte de S.A.D.M. quien tiene una escuela de adiestramiento, un can termin\u00f3 con<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9267,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-15786","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
