{"id":16211,"date":"2024-09-26T13:28:20","date_gmt":"2024-09-26T19:28:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=16211"},"modified":"2024-09-26T13:28:21","modified_gmt":"2024-09-26T19:28:21","slug":"vinculado-a-proceso-por-incumplir-con-pago-de-pension-alimenticia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=16211","title":{"rendered":"Vinculado a proceso por incumplir con pago de pensi\u00f3n alimenticia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba suficientes para que J.A.T.M. fuera vinculado a proceso por el delito de incumplimiento de obligaciones de asistencia familiar, denunciado por negarse a proporcionar la pensi\u00f3n alimenticia en agravio de su hija menor de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se se\u00f1al\u00f3 que durante la audiencia inicial, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n establecieron que los hechos refieren a que tras haberse casado en junio del a\u00f1o 2000 con la ahora agraviada, procrearon una hija y tras divorciarse en 2006, el juez le fij\u00f3 un pago de 4 mil pesos mensuales a favor de la menor, aunque desde Diciembre dej\u00f3 de cumplir con dicho compromiso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el desarrollo de la audiencia, ante la Juez Segundo de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social expuso los elementos de prueba reunidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 197\/2024, los cuales fueron suficientes para decretar el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y se otorgara un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, se aplicaron medidas cautelares diversas, que incluyen presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica ante el CEMC, una garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica de 15 mil pesos y la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del pa\u00eds, lo cual se mantendr\u00e1 vigente por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba suficientes para que J.A.T.M. fuera<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9270,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-16211","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
