{"id":17165,"date":"2024-11-08T18:17:10","date_gmt":"2024-11-09T00:17:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=17165"},"modified":"2024-11-08T18:17:11","modified_gmt":"2024-11-09T00:17:11","slug":"penalmente-responsable-de-violacion-en-hunucma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=17165","title":{"rendered":"Penalmente responsable de violaci\u00f3n en Hunucm\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tras valorar las pruebas periciales, documentales y testimoniales aportadas por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), los integrantes del Tribunal Colegiado Segundo de Enjuiciamiento dictaron un fallo condenatorio en contra de J.B.M.P. al ser encontrado penalmente responsable del delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada en agravio de una joven en la localidad de Hunucm\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta representaci\u00f3n social logr\u00f3 establecer que los hechos ocurrieron en el mes de mayo del 2021, cuando el acusado tom\u00f3 de la mano a la joven de 16 a\u00f1os de edad y que es una persona con discapacidad intelectual, a la cual llev\u00f3 a un cuarto del predio donde vive, lugar donde aprovech\u00f3 para tocarla de forma lasciva y despu\u00e9s agredirla sexualmente, por lo que se present\u00f3 la formal denuncia que deriv\u00f3 en el presente proceso, mismo que fue judicializado bajo la causa penal 78\/2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de finalizar la diligencia, los integrantes del Tribunal de Enjuiciamiento citaron a las partes involucradas para realizar la audiencia de individualizaci\u00f3n de sanciones el pr\u00f3ximo 14 de noviembre, donde se llevar\u00e1 a cabo la explicaci\u00f3n de las penas a purgar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tras valorar las pruebas periciales, documentales y testimoniales aportadas por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), los integrantes<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9267,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-17165","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
