{"id":18033,"date":"2024-12-20T11:58:34","date_gmt":"2024-12-20T17:58:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=18033"},"modified":"2024-12-20T11:58:34","modified_gmt":"2024-12-20T17:58:34","slug":"permanece-en-prision-por-homicidio-ocurrido-en-buctzotz","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=18033","title":{"rendered":"Permanece en prisi\u00f3n por homicidio ocurrido en Buctzotz"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) present\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba suficientes para que J.J.CH.C. fuera vinculado a proceso por el delito de homicidio calificado, tras los hechos ocurridos la semana pasada en la localidad de Buctzotz, donde perdi\u00f3 la vida el ciudadano J.L.L.B.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al reanudarse la audiencia ante la Juez de Control del Quinto Distrito con sede en Valladolid, el encausado fue vinculado a proceso por los hechos presentados por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n y a continuaci\u00f3n la autoridad judicial otorg\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, tiempo del que dispondr\u00e1n las partes para continuar con la indagatoria de la causa penal 103\/2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que durante la diligencia previa, esta representaci\u00f3n social estableci\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron el pasado ocho de diciembre en un predio ubicado en la calle 27 por 14 y 16 en la citada localidad, donde el encausado priv\u00f3 de la vida a la v\u00edctima mediante un disparo de arma de fuego, por lo que en su momento se inici\u00f3 la integraci\u00f3n de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, antes de concluir la audiencia, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, la cual se mantendr\u00e1 vigente por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que el acusado permanecer\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta concluir el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) present\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba suficientes para que J.J.CH.C. fuera<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9268,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-18033","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
