{"id":18264,"date":"2025-05-14T11:04:41","date_gmt":"2025-05-14T17:04:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=18264"},"modified":"2025-05-14T11:04:41","modified_gmt":"2025-05-14T17:04:41","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-un-sujeto-de-tekax-por-el-delito-de-violencia-familiar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=18264","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a un sujeto de Tekax por el delito de violencia familiar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba suficientes para que R.M.Ch.U. fuera vinculado a proceso por el delito violencia familiar, por agredir a golpes a su concubina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme a la causa penal 62\/2025, los hechos tuvieron lugar el pasado 1 de mayo, cuando el arriba mencionado y la mujer se encontraban en una banca de la dependencia denominada \u201cCentro del Adulto Mayor\u201d que se encuentra en Tekax y sin motivo justificado el imputado ejecut\u00f3 actos abusivos de poder contra su pareja, aunque la mujer fue auxiliada por agentes polic\u00edacos cuando era perseguida por su agresor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Primero de Control de Tekax, el Juez valor\u00f3 los datos de prueba presentados por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n, los cuales fueron suficientes para que se decretara el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito imputado, adem\u00e1s de otorgar un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de concluir la diligencia, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, misma que se mantendr\u00e1 vigente&nbsp; por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba suficientes para que R.M.Ch.U. fuera<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9275,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-18264","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
