{"id":18542,"date":"2025-05-23T14:06:38","date_gmt":"2025-05-23T20:06:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=18542"},"modified":"2025-05-23T14:06:38","modified_gmt":"2025-05-23T20:06:38","slug":"vinculan-a-proceso-a-un-sujeto-de-la-colonia-vicente-solis-de-merida-por-incumplimiento-de-asistencia-familiar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=18542","title":{"rendered":"Vinculan a proceso a un sujeto de la colonia Vicente Sol\u00eds de M\u00e9rida por incumplimiento de asistencia familiar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba suficientes para que J.M.C.C. fuera vinculado a proceso por el delito de incumplimiento de las obligaciones de asistencia familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme a la causa penal 383\/2024, el arriba se\u00f1alado y la denunciante viv\u00edan en la colonia Vicente Sol\u00eds y procrearon una hija, pero decidieron separarse&nbsp; en mayo de 2023, fijando el juez Segundo de Oralidad Familiar, la cantidad de mil pesos de forma mensual en favor de su hija, cantidad que incumpli\u00f3 o realizaba mediante dep\u00f3sitos irregulares, sin tener un motivo legalmente justificado, por lo que fue denunciado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Primero de Control (M\u00e9rida), el Juez valor\u00f3 los datos de prueba presentados por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n, los cuales fueron suficientes para que se decretara el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, adem\u00e1s de otorgar un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria y se otorgaron medidas cautelares diversas que incluyen presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica cada mes ante el CEMC, no salir del Estado y quedar bajo vigilancia del CEMC, por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba suficientes para que J.M.C.C. fuera<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9269,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-18542","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
