Acusados de la muerte del ciudadano A.de J.P.P. , fueron vinculados a proceso J.A.S.H., R.C.D., P.M.V.C. y M.A.L.O., por el delito de homicidio calificado cometido en pandilla, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en un centro de rehabilitaci\u00f3n ubicado en la colonia San Antonio Kaua III de Kanas\u00edn, por lo que permanecer\u00e1n bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos reunidos en la causa penal 74\/2025, los cuales fueron suficientemente probatorios para dictar el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito imputado y adem\u00e1s otorgar un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe recordar que esta representaci\u00f3n social estableci\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 21 de mayo, cuando el hoy occiso experiment\u00f3 una crisis por abstinencia alcoh\u00f3lica, motivo por el que el encausado M.A.L.O. presuntamente amarr\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima, quien continuaba fuera de control, por lo que intervinieron los otros tres acusados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De la indagatoria se desprende que tras inmovilizar a la v\u00edctima, los encausados comenzaron a golpearlo en varias partes del cuerpo, hasta que se percataron que no respiraba, por lo que lo trasladaron a un hospital donde muri\u00f3, por lo que se inici\u00f3 la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por \u00faltimo, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva otorgada por la Juez de Control del Segundo Distrito en la audiencia previa, por lo que los cuatro imputados permanecer\u00e1n privados de su libertad hasta esclarecer su responsabilidad en los hechos acusados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
