{"id":20742,"date":"2025-08-27T11:54:03","date_gmt":"2025-08-27T17:54:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=20742"},"modified":"2025-08-27T11:54:04","modified_gmt":"2025-08-27T17:54:04","slug":"mujer-vinculada-por-violencia-familiar-en-merida","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=20742","title":{"rendered":"Mujer vinculada por violencia familiar en M\u00e9rida"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba para que M.I.Q.V., fuera vinculada a proceso por el delito violencia familiar, por presuntamente ejercer actos abusivos de poder en contra de sus tres hijos menores de edad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conforme a la causa penal 436\/2024, la encausada contrajo nupcias con el denunciante y padre de tres los menores, de quien se separ\u00f3 en octubre de 2018, qued\u00e1ndole la custodia de los ni\u00f1os; no obstante, fue denunciada por presunta violencia&nbsp; f\u00edsica, psicol\u00f3gica, econ\u00f3mica y emocional contra los mismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia celebrada en el Juzgado Primero de Control del Primer Distrito (M\u00e9rida), el Juez valor\u00f3 los datos de prueba presentados por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n, los cuales fueron suficientes para que se decretara el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, adem\u00e1s de otorgar un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera, aplic\u00f3 medidas cautelares diversas que incluyen la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del Estado, vigilancia del Centro Estatal de Medidas Cautelares (CEMEC), prohibici\u00f3n de acercarse a la v\u00edctima y los menores y la prohibici\u00f3n de intimidar o amenazar a las v\u00edctimas por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba para que M.I.Q.V., fuera vinculada<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4487,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-20742","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
