La secretaria de Gobierno, Cristina Torres G\u00f3mez, anunci\u00f3 el pr\u00f3ximo inicio del programa \u201cSeptiembre y Octubre: Meses del Testamento\u201d y de la campa\u00f1a \u201cOtorgo mi Testamento, Otorgo Seguridad Patrimonial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se trata de una acci\u00f3n, enmarcada en el Nuevo Acuerdo por el Bienestar y el Desarrollo de Quintana Roo, que impulsa la gobernadora Mara Lezama Espinosa, que fomenta la cultura de legalidad y certeza jur\u00eddica patrimonial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Secretaria de Gobierno resalt\u00f3 que, durante la vigencia del programa, los notarios p\u00fablicos reducir\u00e1n sus honorarios como parte de las acciones de colaboraci\u00f3n con el gobierno de la transformaci\u00f3n, humanista con coraz\u00f3n feminista, a fin de garantizar la seguridad jur\u00eddica que el derecho a heredar confiere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Record\u00f3 que, desde el a\u00f1o 2003, el Gobierno Federal promueve el programa \u201cSeptiembre, mes del testamento\u201d, cuyo fin radica esencialmente en que las personas cuenten con mayores facilidades que permitan la tranquilidad y seguridad respecto a la propiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el caso de Quintana Roo, tanto el Gobierno del Estado como los notarios p\u00fablicos, decidieron engrandecer este programa hasta octubre, lo que ha originado mayor aceptaci\u00f3n y que mayor n\u00famero de personas se beneficien de los est\u00edmulos fiscales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cristina Torres coment\u00f3 que el testamento es un acto de voluntad personal que otorga certidumbre y seguridad sobre el patrimonio que, al mismo tiempo, evita conflictos y garantiza la uni\u00f3n familiar cuando ocurren sucesos que nadie quiere enfrentar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOtorgo mi Testamento, Otorgo Seguridad Patrimonial\u201d es, sin duda, una campa\u00f1a noble y trascendental, que permite prever a futuro, con suficiente antelaci\u00f3n, la disposici\u00f3n del patrimonio de las personas, abund\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por cierto, la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno y el Consejo de Notarios del Estado de Quintana Roo, firmaron el convenio de coordinaci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n del programa \u201cSeptiembre y Octubre: Meses del Testamento\u201d y de la campa\u00f1a \u201cOtorgo mi Testamento, Otorgo Seguridad Patrimonial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De esta manera, se establece en 3 mil pesos m\u00e1s el Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA), como honorarios a cobrar por parte de los notarios p\u00fablicos durante la vigencia del programa y por cada escritura p\u00fablica que contenga un testamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las personas beneficiarias de este convenio son las personas mexicanas residentes en el Estado, que otorguen su testamento p\u00fablico abierto, bajo herencia universal o de legado, y los fedatarios que expidan escrituras p\u00fablicas y el dep\u00f3sito de testamentos en la oficina del Registro P\u00fablico de la Propiedad y del Comercio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La firma del convenio se realiz\u00f3 con la asistencia del presidente del Consejo de Notarios, Elmer Arturo Paredes Quintana; de la Tesorera de este cuerpo colegiado, Janine Regalado Ram\u00edrez as\u00ed como la Subsecretaria Jur\u00eddica de la Secretar\u00eda de Gobierno, Judith Rodriguez Villanueva y el Director Jur\u00eddico, Melchor May Herrera.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
