{"id":20883,"date":"2025-09-01T14:16:29","date_gmt":"2025-09-01T20:16:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=20883"},"modified":"2025-09-01T14:16:30","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T20:16:30","slug":"seguira-en-prision-por-robo-de-vehiculo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=20883","title":{"rendered":"Seguir\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n por robo de veh\u00edculo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Luego de valorar los documentos de prueba que la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3, J.A.P.S. fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de robo de veh\u00edculo automotor, por lo que deber\u00e1 permanecer bajo prisi\u00f3n preventiva, en virtud de los hechos contenidos bajo la causa penal 451\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que, de acuerdo con la denuncia, una mujer le entreg\u00f3 su veh\u00edculo marca Nissan al acusado para que \u00e9ste le hiciera un diagn\u00f3stico en un taller mec\u00e1nico ubicado sobre la avenida M\u00e9rida 2000; sin embargo, posteriormente, dicha unidad fue trasladada a un taller desconocido sin el consentimiento de la propietaria, quien a pesar de solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n de su veh\u00edculo, no ha tuvo respuesta favorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por ello, al reanudar la audiencia en el Juzgado Segundo de Control del Primer Distrito, esta representaci\u00f3n social expuso los argumentos suficientes para que la Juez resolviera la situaci\u00f3n legal del acusado y le concediera un plazo de tres meses para continuar con la indagatoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, se ratific\u00f3 la vigencia de la citada prisi\u00f3n preventiva que fue otorgada como medida cautelar por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de valorar los documentos de prueba que la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3, J.A.P.S. fue vinculado<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9267,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-20883","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
