{"id":20887,"date":"2025-09-03T11:45:01","date_gmt":"2025-09-03T17:45:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=20887"},"modified":"2025-09-03T11:45:02","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T17:45:02","slug":"a-proceso-por-homicidio-ocurrido-en-bokoba","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=20887","title":{"rendered":"A proceso por homicidio ocurrido en Bokob\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Acusado de la muerte de su progenitor, M.J.H.C. fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de homicidio en raz\u00f3n de parentesco, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos la semana pasada en la localidad de Bokob\u00e1, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n durante todo el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos reunidos en la causa penal 499\/2025, los cuales fueron suficientes para dictar el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y otorgar un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 24 de agosto, en horas de la tarde, cuando el encausado se encontraba con la v\u00edctima en el interior del predio familiar y en un momento dado el primero tom\u00f3 un palo para agredir al segundo en la cabeza, lo que le provoc\u00f3 la muerte por traumatismo craneoencef\u00e1lico, determin\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dicha agresi\u00f3n fue presenciada por un testigo, quien detiene al acusado en su intento de fuga y lo entrega a elementos de la polic\u00eda municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva otorgada por el Juzgado Segundo de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial, por lo que el encausado permanecer\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta esclarecer su responsabilidad en los hechos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Acusado de la muerte de su progenitor, M.J.H.C. fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de homicidio en<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9267,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-20887","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
