{"id":20894,"date":"2025-09-03T12:14:45","date_gmt":"2025-09-03T18:14:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=20894"},"modified":"2025-09-03T12:14:46","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T18:14:46","slug":"imputado-por-robo-de-vehiculo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=20894","title":{"rendered":"Imputado por robo de veh\u00edculo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a G.G.F., por el delito de robo de veh\u00edculo automotor, que posteriormente abandon\u00f3 en Ciudad Caucel, aunque fue detenido cuando intentaba darse a la fuga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se estableci\u00f3 en la indagatoria que con fecha del 27 de agosto de 2025, el encausado se encontraba en la confluencia de las calles 21-B-1 por 56 del fraccionamiento Gran Santa Fe de esta ciudad, donde sin derecho y sin consentimiento alguno, se apoder\u00f3 de un veh\u00edculo Volkswagen tipo Gol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seguidamente se dio a la fuga y lo condujo hasta la calle 23 entre 70 y 62 del fraccionamiento Ciudad Caucel, donde lo abandon\u00f3 en el interior de un estacionamiento, aunque cuando se retiraba fue detenido por elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la reciente audiencia y dando seguimiento a la causa penal 505\/2025, esta representaci\u00f3n social solicit\u00f3 que se impusieran medidas cautelares, determinando la Juez Segundo de Control del Primer Distrito con sede en M\u00e9rida, que otorgar\u00eda prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, se\u00f1al\u00e1ndose la continuaci\u00f3n de la audiencia para fecha pr\u00f3xima.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a G.G.F., por el delito de robo de veh\u00edculo<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9251,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-20894","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
