{"id":20896,"date":"2025-09-03T12:26:43","date_gmt":"2025-09-03T18:26:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=20896"},"modified":"2025-09-03T12:26:44","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T18:26:44","slug":"a-proceso-por-abuso-a-menor-de-edad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=20896","title":{"rendered":"A proceso por abuso a menor de edad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por presuntamente ejercer actos lascivos en contra de una menor de 11 a\u00f1os, R.M.S.A. fue vinculado por el delito de abuso sexual, tras la aportaci\u00f3n de las pruebas por parte de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De los hechos que constan en la causa penal 256\/2025 se establece que el acusado se encontraba caminando con la menor sobre calles de la colonia Guadalupana en M\u00e9rida, cuando comenz\u00f3 a tocarla de manera lasciva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiempo despu\u00e9s, dicho comportamiento se repiti\u00f3 dentro del domicilio de la v\u00edctima, toda vez que el implicado era un conocido de la familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n argumentaron y obtuvieron la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, junto con un periodo de tres meses para la realizaci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria del caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, como medidas cautelares el detenido quedo bajo la vigilancia del Centro Estatal de Medidas Cautelares, se le orden\u00f3 dejar una garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica y se le prohibi\u00f3 tanto acercarse a la menor como salir del Estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por presuntamente ejercer actos lascivos en contra de una menor de 11 a\u00f1os, R.M.S.A. fue vinculado por el<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":20898,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-20896","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
