{"id":20980,"date":"2025-09-05T12:17:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-05T18:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=20980"},"modified":"2025-09-05T12:17:01","modified_gmt":"2025-09-05T18:17:01","slug":"se-queda-en-prision-por-agredir-a-un-hombre-en-chicxulub","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=20980","title":{"rendered":"Se queda en prisi\u00f3n por agredir a un hombre en Chicxulub"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Luego de ser imputado por herir a un hombre en la localidad de Chicxulub, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) present\u00f3 los documentos de prueba suficientes para que E.R.M.E. fuera vinculado a proceso por el delito de lesiones calificadas, cometido el pasado 25 de agosto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que, de acuerdo con la causa penal 83\/2025, los hechos ocurrieron sobre la calle 25 de la colonia Felipe Carrillo Puerto, cuando el acusado, quien portaba un machete, se aproxim\u00f3 a una pareja y comenz\u00f3 a agredir verbalmente al hombre, a quien persigui\u00f3 y lanz\u00f3 un tajo con dicha arma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La agresi\u00f3n result\u00f3 en una fractura expuesta ubicada en el brazo izquierdo, misma que fue catalogada por personal del Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense como aquella que tarda m\u00e1s de 15 d\u00edas en sanar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo anterior, al retomar la audiencia, la Juez Tercero de Control de M\u00e9rida resolvi\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n legal del presunto agresor y otorg\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para continuar con la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, tiempo en el que seguir\u00e1 vigente la prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida cautelar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de ser imputado por herir a un hombre en la localidad de Chicxulub, la Fiscal\u00eda General del<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9254,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-20980","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
