{"id":21047,"date":"2025-09-10T11:19:45","date_gmt":"2025-09-10T17:19:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=21047"},"modified":"2025-09-10T11:19:46","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T17:19:46","slug":"a-proceso-acusado-de-cometer-actos-lascivos-en-cholul","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=21047","title":{"rendered":"A proceso, acusado de cometer actos lascivos en Cholul"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Acusado de ejecutar actos lascivos en agravio de su hija menor de edad, F.M.C.A. fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de abuso sexual equiparado agravado tras ser valorados los datos y elementos de prueba aportados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al reanudarse la audiencia en el Juzgado Segundo de Control en el Centro de Justicia Oral de M\u00e9rida, la autoridad judicial consider\u00f3 suficientemente probatorios los datos aportados por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n y adem\u00e1s de decretar el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, otorg\u00f3 un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que, durante la audiencia inicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social estableci\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron entre el 18 y el 22 de abril del 2022, en el domicilio ubicado en el fraccionamiento Las Margaritas de Cholul, donde el acusado presuntamente ejecut\u00f3 actos lascivos en agravio de su hija menor de edad, por lo que se present\u00f3 la denuncia que se judicializ\u00f3 bajo la causa penal 345\/2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de finalizar la diligencia, se precis\u00f3 que subsisten las medidas cautelares otorgadas previamente y que incluyen la presentaci\u00f3n peri\u00f3dica para firmar y el sometimiento al cuidado y vigilancia del Centro Estatal de Medidas Cautelares por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Acusado de ejecutar actos lascivos en agravio de su hija menor de edad, F.M.C.A. fue vinculado a proceso<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4487,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-21047","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
