{"id":21121,"date":"2025-09-12T13:23:35","date_gmt":"2025-09-12T19:23:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=21121"},"modified":"2025-09-12T13:23:35","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T19:23:35","slug":"a-prision-por-abuso-sexual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=21121","title":{"rendered":"A prisi\u00f3n, por abuso sexual"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Luego de los hechos ocurridos en la localidad de Chicxulub Puerto, por los que se le acusa de realizar actos lascivos en agravio de una menor, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la audiencia inicial en la que J.E.G.H. fue imputado y vinculado a proceso por el delito de abuso sexual, tras la argumentaci\u00f3n realizada por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia, esta representaci\u00f3n social solicit\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada como medida cautelar, la cual fue concedida por todo el tiempo que dure que proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan los datos reunidos en la causa penal 88\/2025, el il\u00edcito tuvo lugar el pasado 6 de septiembre al interior de un predio de la localidad antes mencionada, donde el acusado, aprovechando que habita uno de los cuartos de dicho inmueble, tuvo acceso a la habitaci\u00f3n en la que se encontraba la menor a quien toc\u00f3 de forma lasciva por encima de la ropa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al ser descubierto por la madre de la v\u00edctima, se logr\u00f3 su detenci\u00f3n en el lugar de los hechos y fue presentado ante la Juez Tercero de Control del Primer Distrito, misma que resolvi\u00f3 su situaci\u00f3n legal y asign\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para continuar con la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de los hechos ocurridos en la localidad de Chicxulub Puerto, por los que se le acusa de<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4487,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-21121","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
