{"id":21175,"date":"2025-09-16T12:10:45","date_gmt":"2025-09-16T18:10:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=21175"},"modified":"2025-09-16T12:10:46","modified_gmt":"2025-09-16T18:10:46","slug":"tres-cubanos-a-proceso-por-robo-calificado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=21175","title":{"rendered":"Tres cubanos a proceso por robo calificado"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por presuntamente ingresar a dos predios diferentes ubicados en la colonia Leandro Valle y sustraer m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de pesos en efectivo y joyas, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n en contra de Y.S.V., R.P.M. y Y.A.G. por el delito robo calificado cometido en pandilla (2).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los tres acusados de origen cubano se quedar\u00e1n privados de su libertad durante todo el proceso en su contra, al determinarse la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la informaci\u00f3n que consta en la causa penal 552\/2025 se establece que los indiciados ingresaron al primer domicilio de donde se apoderaron de m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de pesos en efectivo y alhajas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente forzaron la entrada en el predio contiguo de donde habr\u00edan sustra\u00eddo joyas, dinero en efectivo y diversos art\u00edculos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n argumentaron la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, pero dicha diligencia ser\u00e1 resuelta en fecha del 19 de septiembre, luego de que los tres acusados solicitaron la duplicidad del tiempo para resolver si situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por presuntamente ingresar a dos predios diferentes ubicados en la colonia Leandro Valle y sustraer m\u00e1s de un<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9271,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-21175","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
