Tras ser valorados los datos y elementos de prueba presentados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), M.A.A.A. fue vinculado a proceso por los delitos de homicidio y robo, ambos calificados, por los hechos ocurridos en esta ciudad en agravio del periodista G.A.M.E., por lo que permanecer\u00e1 bajo prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y justificada como medida cautelar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al reanudarse la diligencia, el Juez Primero de Control del Primer Distrito Judicial consider\u00f3 suficientemente probatorios los datos aportados por los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n y decret\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por los delitos imputados y otorg\u00f3 un plazo de cuatro meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe recordar que durante la audiencia inicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social logr\u00f3 establecer que los hechos ocurrieron el cinco de febrero del 2016, cuando el imputado, presuntamente con ayuda de un arma blanca, le quit\u00f3 la vida a la v\u00edctima en el interior de su propio domicilio en la colonia Chichen Itz\u00e1 de esta ciudad de M\u00e9rida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda en la causa penal 50\/2016, una vez que priv\u00f3 de la vida a la v\u00edctima, el encausado se apoder\u00f3 del veh\u00edculo del occiso y algunas pertenencias y se dio a la fuga.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
