{"id":21386,"date":"2025-10-02T14:21:54","date_gmt":"2025-10-02T20:21:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=21386"},"modified":"2025-10-02T14:21:55","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T20:21:55","slug":"imputado-por-tentativa-de-homicidio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=21386","title":{"rendered":"Imputado por tentativa de homicidio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a C.F.G.L., por el delito de tentativa de homicidio, luego de que atac\u00f3 con un cuchillo a un vecino del fraccionamiento Dzununc\u00e1n de esta ciudad de M\u00e9rida.<br><br>Se estableci\u00f3 en la indagatoria que el pasado 28 de septiembre, el encausado se encontraba a la altura de la calle 189 entre 76 y 78 del fraccionamiento ya mencionado, sitio en donde agredi\u00f3 con un cuchillo y usando sus pu\u00f1os al denunciante caus\u00e1ndole diversas lesiones.<br><br>Tras el ataque, el agresor fue detenido por elementos polic\u00edacos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica (SSP) mientras el afectado fue trasladado para su atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica a un nosocomio.<br><br><br>Durante la reciente audiencia y dando seguimiento a la causa penal 596\/2025, esta representaci\u00f3n social solicit\u00f3 que se impusieran medidas cautelares; determinando el Juez Primero de Control del Primer Distrito (M\u00e9rida), que impondr\u00eda prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a C.F.G.L., por el delito de tentativa de homicidio,<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9249,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-21386","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
