{"id":21573,"date":"2025-10-16T16:05:04","date_gmt":"2025-10-16T22:05:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=21573"},"modified":"2025-10-16T16:05:04","modified_gmt":"2025-10-16T22:05:04","slug":"a-proceso-por-robar-en-un-comercio-de-progreso","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=21573","title":{"rendered":"A proceso por robar en un comercio de Progreso"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Acusado por el robo de dinero en efectivo, D.A.B.M., fue imputado y vinculado en la misma audiencia por el delito de robo calificado cometido con violencia, cuyo proceso se lleva en el Juzgado Tercero de Control del Primer Distrito, con sede en Progreso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Juez valor\u00f3 las pruebas periciales, documentales y testimoniales aportadas por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) durante el desarrollo de la audiencia, en donde se decret\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n y aplic\u00f3 como medida cautelar prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia citada, bajo la causa penal 94\/2025, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n establecieron que el pasado ocho de octubre, el arriba mencionado ingres\u00f3 a un predio del centro de Progreso, lugar en el que ejerci\u00f3 violencia moral contra la propietaria del negocio y la amenaz\u00f3 con un cuchillo para despojarla de 400 pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despu\u00e9s del atraco, se dio a la fuga a bordo de una bicicleta, aunque la v\u00edctima de inmediato solicit\u00f3 auxilio de una patrulla que pasaba y el responsable fue detenido para ser puesto a disposici\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Acusado por el robo de dinero en efectivo, D.A.B.M., fue imputado y vinculado en la misma audiencia por<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9257,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-21573","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
