{"id":21575,"date":"2025-10-16T16:06:40","date_gmt":"2025-10-16T22:06:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=21575"},"modified":"2025-10-16T16:06:40","modified_gmt":"2025-10-16T22:06:40","slug":"imputado-tras-atropellar-y-dar-muerte-a-un-motociclista","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=21575","title":{"rendered":"Imputado tras atropellar y dar muerte a un motociclista"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a D.A.CH.A., por el delito de homicidio cometido por culpa, toda vez que atropell\u00f3 a un motociclista que falleci\u00f3 a causa de las lesiones en la carretera Chapab &#8211; Ticul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se estableci\u00f3 en la indagatoria que el pasado 12 de octubre de 2023, el encausado conduc\u00eda un veh\u00edculo Ford, tipo Transit sobre la referida v\u00eda, pero al llegar a la altura del kil\u00f3metro tres, colision\u00f3 con su parte frontal la parte posterior de una motocicleta que era conducida por A.S.N.Y. sobre la misma v\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A causa de las lesiones sufridas, el conductor de la motocicleta falleci\u00f3 a causa de traumatismo craneoencef\u00e1lico, tal y como lo determinaron peritos adscritos al Instituto de Ciencias Forenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la reciente audiencia y en seguimiento a la causa penal 16\/2025, esta representaci\u00f3n social solicit\u00f3 que se impusieran medidas cautelares, determinando la Juez Primero de Control del Primer Distrito con sede en Tekax, otorgar medidas que incluyen firma peri\u00f3dica ante la autoridad correspondiente, una&nbsp; garant\u00eda econ\u00f3mica, la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del Estado sin autorizaci\u00f3n judicial, as\u00ed como someterse al cuidado y vigilancia del Centro Estatal de Medidas Cautelares (CEMEC), por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) formul\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n a D.A.CH.A., por el delito de homicidio cometido por<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9272,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-21575","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
