A trav\u00e9s de las jornadas se forman profesionistas competentes con sentido \u00e9tico, cr\u00edtico, innovador, y con actitud de liderazgo en el \u00e1rea de la biotecnolog\u00eda aplicada en las ciencias alimentarias para transformar e industrializar los recursos bi\u00f3ticos de la regi\u00f3n y sus derivados, con un enfoque sustentable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la clausura asistieron la Lic. a Lic. F\u00e1tima Alejos Gonz\u00e1lez, coordinadora de la ingenier\u00eda, el Ing.
