{"id":8364,"date":"2023-08-03T11:58:51","date_gmt":"2023-08-03T17:58:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=8364"},"modified":"2023-08-03T11:58:52","modified_gmt":"2023-08-03T17:58:52","slug":"vinculado-a-proceso-por-presunto-abuso-sexual-en-tekax","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=8364","title":{"rendered":"Vinculado a proceso por presunto abuso sexual en Tekax"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por cometer actos lascivos en agravio de una menor de edad en la colonia San Francisco de Tekax, F.J.Q. fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de abuso sexual, tras ser valorados los datos y elementos de prueba presentados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos, reunidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 67\/2023, ocurrieron el pasado 23 de julio, cuando el imputado aprovech\u00f3 que la menor hab\u00eda acudido a su tienda de abarrotes ubicada en la citada colonia y la toc\u00f3 de forma lasciva, motivo por el cual fue denunciado y detenido por elementos de la Polic\u00eda Municipal, que lo remitieron ante la agencia de la Fiscal\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la audiencia celebrada ante la Juez de Control del Tercer Distrito con sede en Tekax, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los datos de prueba reunidos por los especialistas de la Fiscal\u00eda, los cuales fueron suficientes para que la autoridad dictara el citado auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, adem\u00e1s de otorgar un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva otorgada durante la audiencia inicial, misma que continuar\u00e1 vigente por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que el acusado permanecer\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta esclarecer su participaci\u00f3n en los hechos denunciados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por cometer actos lascivos en agravio de una menor de edad en la colonia San Francisco de Tekax,<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4487,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3,4],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8364","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiacas","category-tekax"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
