{"id":8368,"date":"2023-08-03T12:05:27","date_gmt":"2023-08-03T18:05:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=8368"},"modified":"2023-08-03T12:05:28","modified_gmt":"2023-08-03T18:05:28","slug":"permanecera-bajo-proceso-por-violacion-en-kimbila","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=8368","title":{"rendered":"Permanecer\u00e1 bajo proceso por violaci\u00f3n en Kimbil\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada cometido contra una menor de 12 de a\u00f1os de edad, E.B.P. fue vinculado a proceso, por lo que permanecer\u00e1 en prisi\u00f3n preventiva por todo el tiempo que duren las diligencias del caso, ocurrido en el municipio de Kimbil\u00e1, Yucat\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia realizada en el Juzgado Primero de Control del Segundo Distrito Judicial, en Kanas\u00edn, se expusieron los cargos atribuidos al sujeto y se le formul\u00f3 imputaci\u00f3n por los ataques sexuales cometidos contra la menor, uno en el mes de junio y, otro, en julio de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la misma audiencia los representantes de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) solicitaron la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y expusieron los datos de prueba, los cuales fueron suficientes para que el Juez de Control concediera dicha medida y por lo que E.B.P. permanecer\u00e1 bajo proceso penal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La autoridad judicial otorg\u00f3 tres meses de plazo de cierre de investigaci\u00f3n, por lo que la Fiscal\u00eda tendr\u00e1 hasta el 28 de octubre para realizar la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada agravada cometido contra una menor de 12 de a\u00f1os de edad, E.B.P.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4487,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[11,3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8368","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
