{"id":8700,"date":"2023-08-15T14:33:54","date_gmt":"2023-08-15T20:33:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=8700"},"modified":"2023-08-15T14:33:55","modified_gmt":"2023-08-15T20:33:55","slug":"vinculado-a-proceso-por-violencia-familiar-y-lesiones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=8700","title":{"rendered":"Vinculado a proceso por violencia familiar y lesiones"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por agredir a su pareja sentimental, R.A.H.C. fue vinculado a proceso por los delitos de violencia familiar y lesiones, denunciados tras los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados, por los que permanecer\u00e1 bajo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la audiencia celebrada en el Centro de Justicia Oral de Kanas\u00edn, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba reunidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 115\/2023, los cuales fueron suficientes para que la Juez de Control del Segundo Distrito decretara el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, adem\u00e1s de otorgar un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el desarrollo de la audiencia inicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social estableci\u00f3 que los hechos ocurrieron el pasado seis de agosto, en el domicilio que comparten la denunciante y el imputado, quien lleg\u00f3 al lugar y ejerci\u00f3 actos abusivos de poder en agravio de la v\u00edctima, agredi\u00e9ndola f\u00edsicamente, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n a una persona que hab\u00eda sido testigo de la violencia ejercida, por lo que se solicit\u00f3 el apoyo de la polic\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de finalizar la audiencia, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, la cual permanece vigente por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso, por lo que el acusado continuar\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta esclarecer su participaci\u00f3n en los hechos denunciados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por agredir a su pareja sentimental, R.A.H.C. fue vinculado a proceso por los delitos de violencia familiar y<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4487,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8700","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
