{"id":8788,"date":"2023-08-17T13:38:38","date_gmt":"2023-08-17T19:38:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=8788"},"modified":"2023-08-17T13:38:39","modified_gmt":"2023-08-17T19:38:39","slug":"vinculado-a-proceso-por-violencia-familiar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elpuucnoticias.com\/?p=8788","title":{"rendered":"Vinculado a proceso por violencia familiar"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba que fueron suficientes para que la Juez Primera de Control otorgara el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de R.S.A.Q. por el delito de violencia familiar, denunciado tras los hechos ocurridos en el a\u00f1o 2018 en un predio de la colonia Maya de esta ciudad de M\u00e9rida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el desarrollo de la audiencia, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n expusieron los datos de prueba reunidos en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n de la causa penal 114\/2022, los cuales fueron considerados como suficientemente probatorios para que la autoridad judicial vinculara a proceso al encausado, otorgando adem\u00e1s un plazo de tres meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, tiempo del que dispondr\u00e1n las partes para reunir m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre los hechos denunciados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay que recordar que durante la audiencia inicial, esta representaci\u00f3n social estableci\u00f3 que los hechos juzgados ocurrieron en el citado a\u00f1o, cuando el acusado ejecut\u00f3 actos abusivos de poder en agravio de quien era su esposa en esos momentos, misma que result\u00f3 con afectaciones f\u00edsicas, emotivas y psicol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, antes de dar por concluida la audiencia del d\u00eda de hoy, fueron ratificadas las medidas cautelares otorgadas durante la audiencia inicial, las cuales incluyen la prohibici\u00f3n de salir del Estado sin autorizaci\u00f3n judicial, as\u00ed como tampoco puede comunicarse por ning\u00fan medio con la v\u00edctima, las cuales permanecer\u00e1n vigentes por todo el tiempo que dure el proceso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE) aport\u00f3 los datos y elementos de prueba que fueron suficientes para que<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3967,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-8788","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-policiacas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.3 -
