Tras valorar los datos de prueba presentados por la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGE), C.G.P.C. fue vinculado a proceso por los delitos de falsificaci\u00f3n de documentos en general en su modalidad de uso de documento falso y uso indebido de uniforme y credenciales, despu\u00e9s de los hechos ocurridos en d\u00edas pasados en el Centro de esta ciudad de M\u00e9rida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo con la informaci\u00f3n reunida en la indagatoria, el pasado cinco de septiembre, el encausado estaba en la calle 63 por 60 y 58 del Centro de esta ciudad y se identific\u00f3 ante la Polic\u00eda Municipal como personal de la Secretar\u00eda de Bienestar, presentando un gafete que lo identificaba como director general y portando un uniforme de dicha instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asimismo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que era licenciado en derecho del Poder Judicial del Estado, presentando las respectivas credenciales, por lo que tras descubrirse la falsificaci\u00f3n, fue detenido por elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica (SSP) y denunciado penalmente, dando origen a la causa penal 308\/2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la audiencia realizada en el Juzgado Segundo de Control del Primer Distrito, los fiscales de litigaci\u00f3n presentaron los datos de prueba, mismos que la autoridad judicial consider\u00f3 suficientes para decretar el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y adem\u00e1s otorgar un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, para concluir, se ratific\u00f3 la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva, que estar\u00e1 en vigor durante todo el curso del proceso legal, por lo tanto, el acusado continuar\u00e1 privado de su libertad hasta que se aclaren los hechos denunciados.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
